Rainout Policy

At Pitch ‘N Hit Performance, we prioritize player safety and quality training. Rainouts will only occur if field permits are officially cancelled for the day. In light rain, we will continue scheduled activities. In the case of extreme heat or heavy rain, we will be under the gazebo beside the field until it is unsafe and then other arrangements may be made. An email will be sent out the day of with the information.

If a day of the session is cancelled due to weather, participants will receive a 20% refund (of total amount paid for the session) for each cancelled day. We will make every effort to notify participants as soon as possible via email and social media.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the clinic start date: Full refund.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the clinic start date: 50% refund.

• No-shows or cancellations on the day of the clinic: No refunds or credits will be issued.
